We’ve launched a new application creation experience in the Your integrations section of Mercado Pago. The process is now more intuitive and guided, reducing the time needed to obtain your credentials and start an integration.

The new flow guides you through each step:

• Assign a name to your application.
• Choose the type of integration (via your own development or an e-commerce platform).
• Define the type of payment method that will be implemented, online or in-person.

After confirmation, you will receive the credentials (Access Token and Public Key), along with accounts and cards intended for the testing environment.

This update improves visibility over integration options and minimizes setup errors, ensuring you reach your first successful payment faster.

It’s available for all products that require an application, except for Subscription Plans and Payment Links.
